Tzatziki


Ingredients

120 gr Greek style yogurt
90 gr Cucumber peeled, finely chopped
1 to 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
3 tablespoon olive oil
4 teaspoons Vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
One olive

Directions

In a large bowl mix the yogurt with garlic and salt. Pour 2 t.s. olive oil and vinegar. Squeeze cucumber in a towel until get dry and mix it yogurt. Stir until get smooth. Add the olive in the middle and Pour 1 t.s. olive oil. Store in fridge for one hour and serve.
